Benq dan Siemens bekerjsama membuat ponsel kelas atas. Mereka meluncurkan tiga tipe, EF81, S68 dan S88.
Tiga-tiganya berukuran tipis, 3 band dan dilengkapi dengan telepon dan display lebar berwarna. ponsel ini juga dilengkapi 64 MB memori, a microSD card expansion slot dan media pemutar musik.
